Meet the Pastor

I grew up on a family farm in Lodi, CA and accepted Jesus into my life at a young age.  After working as a viticulturist and grower relations representative in the North Coast of California, our young family moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 2004 where I owned and managed a farm management and consulting company.  In 2009, God revealed that He wanted us to move, but He didn’t reveal where.  As we looked for opportunities around the country, He revealed that we were to come to Washington, where I was offered a job to be a Vineyard Manager.  After settling in Kennewick, we found Calvary Chapel Tri-cities, expanded our family, and grew exceedingly in our faith in Jesus.
Jesus called me into ministry soon after our move to Washington.  In 2013, God placed a burden on my heart for Prosser, so I started holding weekly bible studies there.  I hosted small groups and taught whoever wanted to learn about the love of Jesus.  In early 2022, the building of Calvary Baptist was given to me by a generous pastor who wanted to see the church to be used to preach the gospel and glorify God in the Prosser community.  We held our first Sunday service on July 31st, 2022.
I married my high school sweetheart in 2001.  We have 5 kids: ages 20, 17 (who is forever with Jesus),15, 15, and 14.  Teaching Jesus is my passion. I’ve been involved with several ministries, including 3 years of jail ministry at the Benton County Jail, substance abuse recovery at U-Turn for Christ, orphan and adoption ministry, as well as youth and adult ministries.
As pastor of Harvest Valley Calvary Chapel in Prosser, I would love to invite you to come check out our fellowship.  We teach verse by verse through books of the bible.  We love Jesus and we love people, and I would love the opportunity to meet you.
